DFLer Rebecca Otto out-fundraises incumbent Republican opponent 3rd time in a row
Otto has out-raised Anderson by $40,000, or 26%

SAINT PAUL – DFL-endorsed State Auditor candidate Rebecca Otto has raised $40,000 more than her incumbent Republican opponent, state campaign finance board reports filed yesterday show.

Otto raised $193,699 over the period ending October 23, while Anderson raised $154,075.

This is the third reporting period in which Otto has out-fundraised the incumbent. In the reporting period ending August 21, Otto had raised $81,271 to Anderson’s $73,488, and in 2005, Otto raised $28,104 to Anderson’s $22,675.
